About Cookoo
In May 2012, the Coookoo wristwatch launched its inaugural Kickstarter campaign. Cookoo set a goal of $150,000, but ultimately raised more than $300,000. The firm has introduced the Cookoo 2 since the first Cookoo was initially introduced.
Cookoo ran its marketing effort on the premise that it was the first genuine watch with smartwatch capability. This concept is developed in The Cookoo 2.

Review Synopsis
The Cookoo is not the most intelligent smartwatch you can get. The smartwatch industry is kept vibrant by products from Apple, Samsung, LG, Pebble, and a wide range of rival companies. However, they are all far more costly and sophisticated than the Cookoo. The value of the Cookoo ultimately relies on how much you value instant social contact. The Cookoo will work well for you if you're addicted to social media sites like Facebook and the like.

Utilizing a Cookoo
To connect to your phone, the Cookoo needs the Cookoo Life companion app. During testing, I used an iPhone 5 and was first confused by a different software, Cookoo, which enabled some but not all of the smartwatch features. Make sure you have Cookoo Life and not the other app if you are attempting to use your Cookoo to read this.
The crown is in charge of preserving accurate time.

Smartwatch by Cookoo Aesthetics & Design
I've added one from the Cookoo's Amazon page since the photographs I took turned out to be pretty sterile (hint: it's the one with color).
However, it feels just as flimsy as it seems. Its $130 MSRP, I suppose, plays a role, but nothing actually feels or looks decent. It's not terrible, but it's just very average. The rubber Clasp and Strap continue to give off this impression. The oblong casing seems bigger than a 44mm typically does.
It's also not exactly subtle. Although you wouldn't want to wear it in a situation where wearing cuffs was necessary, its height makes it noticeable beneath most of them. The rubber-coated design aesthetic of Cookoo somewhat resembles that of Fisher Price. I believe the Cookoo is wonderful as a watch made for children.
I am aware that taste varies. I'm focusing on how it feels rather than how it appears since it doesn't look horrible. the substances. the conclusion how the Cookoo vibrates when a notification is received. The goal of it all is to create a sensation, and the sense this gives me is a very... young one.
Quality Cookoo Smartweatch Construction
The steel, rubber, and plastic material mix seems durable. This watch feels durable due to the materials utilized in its construction. Even after extensive usage, it nearly completely lacks signs of wear. While rafting, it was fully immersed in a river, yet it still appears and functions precisely as before. Excellent construction, in my perspective.
Case, Crystal, and Dial
The mineral crystal is shielded by a thin lip that runs from the bezel to it. The crystal of the watch continued to appear brand-new while I was reviewing it.
The case and dial are likewise in good condition. The materials themselves are of reasonable quality, and the black metal/plastic combination effectively conceals the majority of wear marks. According to my observations, the Cookoo will hold up well for three years or beyond even if the quartz battery life is only expected to last for three years.
Clasp and Strap
Any opportunity, the rubber strap instantly snaps back into a straight posture. No matter how tight I cinched it, the strap never wore out. Nothing was cracked, warped, or discolored. Although it is a rubber, it is not the most pleasant material to wear.
Standard, black, and somewhat more worn than the rest of the watch is the clasp.

Movement
Cookoo keeps time using a conventional quartz movement. The smartwatch's operations and the notifications shown on its face are both computer-controlled. If linked to your phone often, the battery life is around one year; if used just for timekeeping, the battery life is roughly three years.
Worth the Money
I’d like to tell you that the Cookoo is good Worth the Money, but the fact is that it simply isn’t. (December 2015 Update: The Cookoo now lists on Amazon for around $90). At $130 it is priced in a weird place for the smartwatch market. Higher priced options from Pebble, Samsung, Apple, etc. aren’t really that much more expensive. $300 – $500 isn’t a lot of money to spend on a watch, or a phone.
Although $130 for a smartwatch seems very cheap, it is really more affordable than cheap. Its cheap price is greatly diminished by the concessions made in terms of style, size, and real functioning. The truth is that it only has two functions: alerting you to something and somewhat changing how you use your phone. Because it lacks a screen, you can't see the alerts, and sometimes the software may malfunction, driving the phone into a frenzy of notifications.
If you want a smartwatch, it makes sense, in my opinion, to spend a little extra money on a genuine smartwatch. There are others available for well under $130 that look, feel, and are constructed better if you want a straightforward quartz watch.
