How to Clean Your Metal Wrist Watch Band

Learn how to clean your metal Wrist Watch band and keep it looking like new. This easy to follow tutorial will have your watch band sparkling in no time!

Materials Needed

In order to clean your watch band, you’ll need a few supplies. You’ll need a soft toothbrush, some soap, and a bowl of warm water. You’ll also need a soft cloth to polish the band after you’ve cleaned it.

Soft cloth

You will need a soft, lint-free cloth to clean your watch band. A microfiber cloth is ideal, but you can also use a cotton swab or a cotton ball. Avoid using paper towels or other rough surfaces, as these can scratch the metal.

Water

You will need water to rinse off your watch band after you have scrubbed it clean. Be sure to use cool water, as hot water can cause damage to the metals in your watch band.

Mild soap

You can use any type of mild soap for this project. Dish soap, body soap, and even baby shampoo will work just fine. You’ll need about a teaspoon of soap for each band you’re cleaning.
